We follow a security-by-design philosophy. Every component of the SKY platform is built with security considerations from the ground up — not added as an afterthought.
Our practices are informed by industry standards and frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and OWASP guidelines.
Your migration data stays in your environment. The SKY agent processes files locally on your machine — source files, transformation outputs, and SAP extracts never leave your network.
The cloud platform handles only account management, project metadata, and collaboration features. No raw migration data is transmitted to our servers.
Access to the platform is governed by:

Secure email-based authentication with strong password requirements
•
Session management with automatic expiration
•
Role-based access controls for team collaboration
•
Audit logging of all authentication and access events
We use encryption to protect data at every stage:

In transit — all communications are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
•
At rest — stored data is encrypted using AES-256
•
Authentication tokens and passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text
Our cloud infrastructure is hosted on trusted providers with enterprise-grade physical and network security controls, including:

Isolated network environments

Automated backups and disaster recovery

Continuous monitoring and alerting

Regular patching and vulnerability management
