SKY provides AI-powered data migration tools designed for enterprise SAP environments. You may use the platform solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the SKY platform — including software, design, logos, and documentation — are owned by SKY and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or process through the platform.
SKY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
